Welcome to the New Jersey Chapter:
The New Jersey Chapter of the Help Desk Institute, also known as HDI, is a group of support professionals directly involved in the IT Support Industry. Members work for corporations, staffing support organizations and software and hardware vendors – all with the common goal of empowering the world of IT to be a valuable resource for the Customers they support.
Attendees at our chapter events include CEOs, Directors of IT, managers, supervisors, team leads, Help Desk analysts, customer service representatives, salespeople, network technicians, deskside support, and others who are concerned with the strategic and tactical paths involved in providing excellent support throughout the IT industry. Our meetings are “sales free” though we encourage vendors and corporate members to interact and exchange business cards, we ask that no “hard selling” take place at our meetings.
